Effective from 1st of October 2025, all regulatory matters pertaining to pharmacies (receiving applications to start/renew/make changes to a wholesale/retail pharmacy, interviews for responsible pharmacists, etc.) will require a prior appointment to visit the Pharmacy Regulation Division on public days (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays).
