This is to formally notify all Market  Authorization Holders (MAHs) that the documents previously submitted to the  NMRA online system for the purpose of Manufacturing Plant Registration during  the years 2019, 2020, and 2021 must now be submitted as a physical  dossier.

Please note that this measure is  strictly necessary due to the current unavailability of the NMRA database. Consequently, we are unable to trace the original online document submissions  for the above period.

When submitting the physical dossier,  please be advised that it is mandatory to attach,

• A copy of the relevant payment receipt (payment proof).  
• A copy of the e –  NMRA manufacturing site approval certificate.
• A copy of the previously issued approval letter for the  facility (If available)

Any MAHs who have not yet submitted  their physical dossiers must ensure that they do so on or before 31st  December 2026. Please note that the dossiers can only be submitted on every  Thursdays.

We kindly request your prompt  compliance with this requirement to facilitate the smooth processing of your  registrations and to avoid any unnecessary delays.
